Course Description
This online course is an introduction to the project management process, with special emphasis on its life cycle, the organizations that are involved in it, and the tools used in managing and delivering projects. The course is strongly based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). You will find that term explained in the first chapter of your main textbook.
